Shipping

The first thing you’ll want to do is prepare a note to send with your cylinder. You can either click here for a printable work order form in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, click here for printable work order form in JPEG format, or simply provide us with the following information through our e-mail contact form:

Name, Address, and Daytime phone number
Make, Model, and Year of cylinder
Work to be performed
Special instructions – including any parts you want to purchase from Millennium
Choose c.o.d. or credit card for payment
List any specific return shipping

The second thing you should do is completely disassemble and clean your cylinder for shipment. If over-boring your cylinder, you may need to send us parts such as your power valves or cylinder head for modification. Please contact us if you aren’t sure. We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged parts. Anything can and does happen in shipping, so be generous with the amount of packaging materials you use. Each cylinder sent should be individually boxed. If sending multiple cylinders, please group individual boxes in a larger box for shipment.

It is also a good idea to supply us with a new piston for each cylinder being repaired. This ensures proper fitment and is highly recommended. Don’t have one? Simply click here for a printable work order form, and select the type you'd like us to supply.

Finally, package your cylinder for repair and we’ll take it from there!
